On the LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH join Meg for an online 45min class of mindful movement + meditation to start the week off right. Remember, you can't take care of others if you don't take care of you first. Come join us 8:30pm-9:15pm.
Zoom link and playlist will be sent the day of the event.

- Safe sequences, newbie-approved
- Slow, thoughtful movement that brings you out of your head and into your body.
- Permission to savasana like a starfish the whole time (been there, it's a vibe)
About Meg:
Meg is a lot of things — a college professor, a yoga aficionado, an entrepreneur, and the headmistress of Lovely Human School. LHS is the online school she created to give humans the bath bombs and the truth bombs that teach them how to put themselves first. Her yoga classes are the extracurriculars you need to self-care.
